TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please read this Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before subscribing to our digital subscription service ("VIP Channel leaks") operated by Crypto VIP Pass ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service.
1. Payment and Refund Policy: By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the fees associated with the subscription. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific subscription offer.
2. Content Usage: As part of the Service, you will have access to multiple resources, including but not limited to, messages, publications, and documents. While you are allowed to copy and forward some messages, automatic or mass dissemination of the Service's resources ("auto leaking") is prohibited. Violations may lead to termination of your subscription.
3. Termination of Service: The Service is provided on an ongoing basis, with the expectation that it will continue indefinitely. However, your access to the Service, including all warranties and subscriptions associated with it, will cease immediately upon the termination of the Service for any reason. It is our sole discretion to end the Service at any time, and we are not obliged to provide prior notice.
4. Changes to the Service: You acknowledge and agree that the content, structure, and features of the Service may be altered at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. This includes the addition, modification, or removal of channels or other resources. Your subscription is for the Service as a whole, not for any specific element or channel within the Service.
5. Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access (or continue to access) the Service.

Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Introduction
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Crypto VIP Pass Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, "Crypto VIP Pass" refers to us, the product owner and publisher.
2. Agreement
By applying to the Crypto VIP Pass Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you have read this agreement and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Affiliate Rights and Obligations
3.1. Affiliates are required to adhere to the Crypto VIP Pass marketing and brand guidelines. Misuse of the Crypto VIP Pass brand or failure to promote the brand in a positive, ethical, and legal manner will result in termination of the Affiliate status.
3.2. Affiliates must not make false or misleading statements about Crypto VIP Pass products or services.
3.3. Affiliates are not allowed to create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes false or misleading statements about Crypto VIP Pass.
3.4. Affiliates are not allowed to engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk emails (spam) mentioning or referencing Crypto VIP Pass.
4. Crypto VIP Pass Rights and Obligations
4.1. Crypto VIP Pass reserves the right to determine whether or not an applicant is accepted into the Affiliate Program.
4.2. Crypto VIP Pass will provide all information and marketing materials necessary for the Affiliate to promote Crypto VIP Pass products and services.
4.3. Crypto VIP Pass will be responsible for processing orders, cancellations, returns, and other related customer service for Crypto VIP Pass customers.
5. Commissions and Payments
5.1. Affiliates will receive a commission for sending authorized sales, leads, and clicks to Crypto VIP Pass.
5.2. The standard commission rate is 25%. This rate is subject to change, but a notification will be sent to the Affiliate's email 7 days before any changes are made.
5.3. Affiliates are eligible for a $50 bonus reward after referring 15 customers, and a $200 bonus reward after referring 30 customers.
5.4. Commissions will be paid on your request. allow 48h for the team to process your payout and deposit it to your account.
6. Termination
6.1. Either Crypto VIP Pass or the Affiliate may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
6.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate is not entitled to commissions from referrals that occur after the date of termination.
7. Modification
7.1. We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crypto VIP Pass will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement.
